TRACK GEOMETRY depending on the application different norms may be applied. ISO 12488-1, CMAA spec #70, FEM. Inspection according rail specification for wear and corrosion.
WELD TESTING is to executed by ultra sound, magnetic particle, dye penetration and visual inspection. On rare occasion destructive test may be required. Documentation WPS, WPQR.
PULL OUT TEST for anchor bolts with hydraulic equipment. Suitable reference would be ASTM E488-10 standard.
GROUT STRENGTH TEST. Standard cube test ( 50 x 50 mm ) compression test. ASTM C109, EN 1015 - 11.
